Buy your usual EU shoe size. Real leather upper softens and conforms with wear.
Insole
Mesmer / MYFIT EVA skatesole. Swap for thinner aftermarket insoles for a roomier fit.

Snug across the midfoot, toes lightly touching the front. The leather will relax 1–2 wears in.

Heel lifting at every step, or toes curling against the front. If either, size up by half.
