LANGKAH #1: Buka kemasan barang-barang Anda dengan hati-hati

Semua kemasan FedEx memiliki 2 strip perekat. Secara default, kita akan menggunakan strip bagian atas. Jadi, saat membuka kemasan, sobek sepanjang garis strip bagian atas agar Anda dapat menggunakan kembali kemasan dengan strip perekat bagian bawah.

LANGKAH #2: Gunakan kembali bubble wrap jika tersedia

Plastik gelembung udara juga dapat digunakan kembali. Anda perlu menggunakannya kembali untuk barang-barang dengan permukaan keras dan mudah tergores.
LANGKAH #3: Permintaan label pengembalian

Mintalah label pengembalian dari kami. Kami akan memberikan penawaran biaya kepada Anda. Jika Anda setuju, Anda perlu mengemas ulang barang-barang tersebut seperti saat dikirim kepada Anda menggunakan kemasan/kotak Fedex dan bubble wrap jika tersedia. Anda juga perlu mencetak label tersebut.
Langkah #4: Temukan kantor Fedex terdekat Anda

Bawa paket/kotak Fedex dan labelnya ke kantor Fedex terdekat. Pastikan label tersebut dipindai oleh tim Fedex. Ini untuk mencegah kehilangan paket. Setelah kami menerima barang dalam kondisi baru, kami akan menagih biaya label pengembalian kepada Anda.

I need to exchange size.
You will need to send back the order to our return address. This will be at your expense.
After we receive the item(s), we will ship the correct size back to you at our expense.
Do you sell return labels?
Yes we do. You only need to live chat with us (bottom left) and check for the price of a return label.
What do I need to do with the return labels?
The Fedex paks/boxes and bubble wraps(if any) are reusable.
You must repack the items in the exact manner it was sent to you for the return labels to work.
You will need to bring the packed items with the return labels to your closest Fedex drop-off point.
How should I ship the items back to you?
For items that have hard surfaces and easy to scratch, please wrap them in bubble wrap.
I realized that I bought the wrong size after using the item.
Unfortunately, we do not allow returns or exchanges after the item(s) is used.
I want to return the item. I don't want an exchange.
You will need to send back the order to our return address. This will be at your expense.
Once we check the item(s) and we confirm that the item(s) is unused, we will issue the store credit to your account.
If the item is placed in an order with free shipping, the shipping cost of that order will be deducted from the store credit.
Can I get a full refund instead of store credits?
Yes, but only if we haven't packed your order yet AND it's been less than 48 hours since you ordered. In that case, message us on WhatsApp and we'll cancel for a full refund to your card.
After 48 hours (or once we've started packing your order), refunds are issued as store credit only — your payment has already been captured and the payment processor fees can't be reversed.
Once your order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Returns at that stage are for store credit only.
The size I want to exchange for is out of stock.
