The Seba E3 80 Black V3 is the third generation of the E3, an urban skate meant to cover city miles and take you into freestyle in the same pair.

The shell has been redesigned and reinforced, and the ventilation openings of the earlier E3 are gone. Filling them stiffens the whole boot: less flex under a hard push, more lateral support through a turn, and more of each stride reaching the wheels instead of being lost in shell twist. It is the difference you notice first coming off an older E3.

The frame is rockerable rather than fixed. Left flat, all four wheels sit on the ground together for stable cruising, commuting and distance. Turn the axles into the rocker position and the wheel line takes on a slight curve, so the skate pivots and changes direction far more easily for slalom and technical work. Same frame, two very different skates, a few minutes with an allen key.

The liner carries more padding than the previous generation. It takes the sting out of road buzz and spreads pressure more evenly across the foot, so a long session costs you less.

No heel brake is fitted and none is supplied in the box. A brake can be added separately if you want one.
