We deliver across Singapore via J&T or SPX, typically in 1–3 working days. Here’s everything you need to know.

Free island-wide delivery above S$60

Spend S$60 or more and your order ships free to any Singapore address — usually within 1–3 working days. If a product turns out to be out of stock, we’ll reach out with the expected delivery date.

Couriers & delivery timeline

We use J&T or SPX for local delivery — both have reliable customer-support systems and a strong record for quick island-wide deliveries.

Delivery is typically 1–3 working days, but that’s an estimate. A tracking link is emailed to you so you can follow the package in real time.

Once it leaves us, we have no control. If something looks wrong with the delivery, call the courier’s customer-support hotline (in your tracking link) directly. Inlinex isn’t liable for delivery failures beyond our control.

Delivery days & times

Deliveries run Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), anytime between 10am and 8pm.

Be around to receive

Couriers may not give you an exact delivery time, so make sure someone is around to receive the items. You can also use your tracking link to arrange special requests with the courier directly.

Mistake or change of shipping address

If you need to fix or change a shipping address, you may be asked to fill in a verification form for security. This usually takes 1–2 days, so double-check your address at checkout to make sure your order arrives on time.

Failed delivery — self-collection window

Inlinex will not attempt a second delivery. Any item that couldn’t be delivered is held at our Tong Lee store for 14 days from the date of the first attempt — you’re welcome to self-collect during that window.

If item(s) are not collected after 28 days, the order is considered delivered. No return or refund will be issued.

Delivery delays

An exceeded delivery period doesn’t entitle you to compensation. Inlinex excludes any liability for failure to meet delivery timeframes.

If we can’t deliver at all

If Inlinex is no longer able to deliver your order, we’ll terminate the sale, notify you immediately, and refund your payment via the original payment method within 3–4 working days.

Courier behaviour

We aren’t responsible for the courier’s behaviour during delivery. If you’re particular about how a package should be delivered, we suggest you choose the Pick-Up option at checkout instead.

Order processing window

Orders are processed 12pm–5pm on weekdays, excluding public holidays. Orders placed outside these hours, or on a non-working day, are processed the next working day.

Tracking link

You’ll get a tracking link emailed to you as soon as we arrange a delivery. Don’t be alarmed if it hasn’t updated yet — the link only starts updating the moment the courier picks the package up from our store.
