Direct Shipment from Supplier

Why is there a Pre-Order Item on this product?

If you notice Pre-Order Item on a product title, it means that this product will be shipped directly from our supplier overseas to you. Hence it might take additional 2-5 working days to reach you as opposed to those products that we have ready in stock at our store.

Why aren't we holding ready stock for this product?

There could be many reasons. These are the main reasons:

• This product may be a very specialized model and the demand is very low. We are unable to hold large number of stock because we may not be able to sell them off and that will affect our cash flow.
• This product is awaiting bulk replenishment by Sea and we might be able to get 1 or 2 units to you quicker than waiting for the shipment to arrive our warehouse.
• This product is a very new model and the global production is not completed.

Will there be delays?

The order will usually be delivered within 7 working days for orders from Singapore and 10 working days for orders overseas. Delays might happen but it is extremely rare that drop shipment order will take more than 12 working days.
