How pre-orders work at Inlinex.
When you see the ✈️ Pre-order badge on a product, it means we’ll ship it directly from our overseas supplier through our store to you. Lead times depend on the brand — here’s everything you need to know.

What “pre-order” means
If a product is showing the ✈️ Pre-order badge, we don’t currently hold local stock at our Tong Lee store. Once you order, we request the unit from the manufacturer overseas, receive it, and then ship it on to you. The delivery time on a pre-order is therefore longer than a ready-stock item.
You’ll see the exact lead-time estimate on the badge itself — the days vary by brand (see Card 2).
Lead times by brand group
Different brands ship from different overseas warehouses, so pre-order timelines vary:
Powerslide group +7–14 days
Ships from Powerslide HQ in Germany. Includes: Powerslide, Iqon, MyFit, Mesmer, Kizer, Reign, Matter, Undercover, Wicked, Ennui, Swings, Chaya, GAWDS, USD, Playlife, Venerate.
Tecnica Group +7–14 days
Ships from Tecnica HQ in Italy. Includes: Rollerblade, Bladerunner.
Flying Eagle, FR & others +5–9 days
Faster supplier-to-store cycle. Includes: Flying Eagle, FR, K2, Seba and more.

Items showing 🔥 Ready to Ship on the product page are physically at our store. Local delivery is usually 1–3 working days within Singapore, FedEx for overseas.
Why timelines differ between brands
It comes down to how often each supplier consolidates and dispatches. Powerslide and Tecnica run consolidated weekly air shipments — great for keeping shelf prices low, but it adds calendar days between order, dispatch and arrival in Singapore. Other suppliers run shorter consolidation cycles so units dispatch and arrive faster.
Why we use pre-order at all
There are a few reasons we don’t physically stock every model:
- Specialised, lower-demand models — we can’t hold deep stock on niche items without hurting cash flow.
- Awaiting bulk sea-freight replenishment — a 1–2 unit air-ship via pre-order is often faster than waiting for the next container.
- Brand-new models — global production is still in progress and inventory hasn’t landed yet.
- Brief stock-out windows — we refill fast, and pre-order keeps your size reserved until the next batch lands.

Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order items)
If your cart mixes a Ready to Ship item with a Pre-order item, the whole order will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives — this avoids charging you two shipping fees.
If you’d rather receive the ready-stock items first and the pre-order item later as a second shipment, message us on WhatsApp before we pack and we’ll split the order (additional shipping fee may apply).
Your pre-order status email
Within a few minutes of placing your pre-order, you’ll receive an email from us with a personal link to a live tracking page. This page tracks the first leg of your pre-order — from our overseas supplier to our store in Singapore: supplier confirmation, dispatch from origin, and the latest ETA into our warehouse. It updates automatically as the order progresses.
Once your item lands at our store and we hand it to the courier for the second leg, you’ll get a separate shipment-tracking link (see card 7).
Shipment tracking link
This is the second leg — from our Singapore store to your shipping address. The moment we hand the parcel to the courier (FedEx for overseas, J&T or SPX within Singapore), you’ll get the courier’s tracking link emailed to you.
Don’t be alarmed if the link hasn’t updated yet — courier tracking only begins once the package is physically scanned at pickup.
Will there be delays?
Occasionally. Customs holds, courier backlogs, manufacturer production delays and air-cargo capacity issues can all push pre-order timelines. We’ll proactively WhatsApp you if your order is materially delayed beyond the stated window.
An exceeded delivery window does not entitle you to compensation, and Inlinex isn’t liable for delays beyond our control (manufacturer, courier, customs).
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes. The rules are the same as any other order:
- Less than 48 hours since ordering AND we haven’t packed yet → full refund to your card.
- More than 48 hours, but we haven’t packed yet → store credit (valid 2 years).
- Order has already shipped → can’t cancel; you can still return for store credit once received.

Pre-order FAQ
How long will my pre-order take to arrive?
It depends on the brand. Powerslide-group items (Powerslide, Iqon, MyFit, Mesmer, Kizer, Reign, Matter, Undercover, Wicked, Ennui, Swings, Chaya, GAWDS, USD, Playlife, Venerate) and Tecnica Group items (Rollerblade, Bladerunner) add 12–21 working days on top of normal delivery while the supplier dispatches and the unit reaches our store. Other brands (Flying Eagle, FR, K2, Seba and more) add 5–9 working days. Local delivery within Singapore is then 1–3 working days; overseas is FedEx calculated time.
Why is this item on pre-order and not in stock?
A few reasons we don't physically stock every model:

- Brand-new models still in global production rollout.

How do I track my pre-order?
You get two tracking links across the two legs of the journey:
- Pre-order status email (within minutes of ordering) — links to a live page that tracks the first leg, from our overseas supplier to our store in Singapore. Updates automatically as the order progresses.
- Shipment tracking link (when we hand the parcel to the courier) — the courier's own tracking for the second leg, from our store to your shipping address.
My cart has both in-stock and pre-order items — what happens?
The whole order ships together once the pre-order item arrives — this avoids charging you two shipping fees. If you'd rather receive the in-stock items first and the pre-order item as a second shipment, WhatsApp us before we pack and we'll split the order (an additional shipping fee may apply).
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Same rules as any other order:

Can I change my shipping address after placing a pre-order?
If you paid by card and we haven't shipped yet, WhatsApp us as soon as possible — we can usually update the address. If you paid via PayPal, we can't change the shipping address (PayPal locks it). In that case we can cancel for you, but PayPal's transaction fees aren't refundable.
What if the supplier can't fulfil my pre-order?
It's rare, but if a model is discontinued mid-cycle or the supplier can't deliver, we'll WhatsApp / email you and offer either a full refund or a switch to an alternative item of equivalent value. You're never stuck waiting indefinitely.
Does the lead time count weekends and public holidays?
The day ranges we quote (5–9 / 12–21) are working days — weekends and Singapore public holidays don't count toward the estimate. Overseas customs and courier offices may also close on local holidays, which can push final delivery by a day or two beyond the working-day estimate.
What if my pre-order item drops in price before it ships?
Our prices move with currency fluctuations and supplier costs, so the listed price can change after you order. We don't automatically refund the difference if the price drops, and we don't ask you to top up if the price rises — the price at the time of your order is the price you pay. If you spot a meaningful difference and have a specific request, WhatsApp us and we'll have a look.
Will I get a notification when my pre-order ships?
Yes. As soon as we hand the parcel to the courier, the shipment-tracking email goes out automatically — with the courier's tracking number. Plus your pre-order status page (from the first email) is updated to reflect that the order has shipped.
