📏PS Onesie Knee Size Chart
The Powerslide Onesie knee pad is a universal S/XL fit — the stretch sleeve covers a wide leg range. Measure both your thigh (A) and calf (B) with a soft tape and check that both fall inside the band on the chart above.
A — Thigh
Wrap a soft tape 4" (10 cm) above the centre of the kneecap. Stand relaxed with the leg straight. Should fall 30–57 cm.
B — Calf
Wrap the tape 4" below the centre of the kneecap. Keep it flat against the skin. Should fall 26–47 cm.
Universal fit
One sleeve covers most adult legs. The neoprene relaxes ~5–10% after a few sessions, so a snug new fit is correct.
✓ How it should feel
Cap centred over the kneecap. Snug all the way around with no pinching at the back of the knee. Stays in place when you bend, squat or skate.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Slides down the calf when you walk. Cap shifts off-centre on impact. Pins-and-needles in the lower leg (too tight). Bunches behind the knee.
