The Powerslide Onesie Dual Set ships with a wrist guard and a knee pad, both in a single universal S/XL fit. Measure each joint with a soft tape and check that both the A and B numbers fall inside the band for that piece.

✋ Wrist Guard
Measure A: open your hand flat and wrap a soft tape around the base of your knuckles (the palm), excluding the thumb.
Measure B: wrap the tape around the centre of the wrist, just below the wrist bone. Tape snug but not tight.

🩊 Knee Pad
Measure A: wrap a soft tape around the thigh 4" (10 cm) above the centre of the kneecap.
Measure B: wrap the tape around the calf 4" below the centre of the kneecap. Stand relaxed with the leg straight.
✓ How it should feel
Wrist splint sits flat along the palm with the strap fully engaged. Knee cap centred over the kneecap, sleeve snug all-around. Both pieces stay put when you bend, slap or skate.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Wrist splint rotates around the wrist. Knee sleeve slides down the calf when walking. Pins-and-needles below the strap or sleeve (too tight). Bunching at the back of the joint.
