FR Skates FR3 110 Black Skates. The FR3 boots bring a little cost savings down from the FR1, withough giving up a ton. The F3 plastic cuff buckles, standard cuff bolts and built-in cushioning rather than a heel pad. But otherwise the liner feels the same and with the FR3 packaged with short 232mm X3 3x110 frames is speedy and agile. Add Street King Wheels (88A), TwinCam MW7 bearings and multi-position aluminum mounting blocks for the frames, and you get a responsive urban skate with tons of potential. Stock frames are 165mm mount, but the boot mounting plates allow for 165mm or 195mm frames if/when wanting to change things up.
