The small print

What we commit to is dispatch, not delivery. If your order meets the cutoff above, we pack it and hand it to the courier on time. That part is ours and we hold ourselves to it.

The delivery leg belongs to J&T Express or SPX. Once a parcel is scanned in at their collection point it is in their network, and their collection and delivery schedules are not something we control. Missed collections, driver or route changes and courier system outages do happen, and when they do a next-day parcel can arrive a day or more later than this page suggests.

What we do about it. Every order gets a tracking link the moment it is scanned in, so you can see exactly where it sits. If a collection is missed or tracking stops moving, email admin@inlinex.com.sg and we will chase the courier directly rather than leaving you to do it.

Next-day delivery is a service level we aim at and hit on the large majority of orders. It is not a guarantee, and we would rather say so here than have you find out from a late parcel.
