The Flying Eagle Cobet protective set ships with a knee guard, elbow guard and wrist guard — each piece is sized independently in S / M / L / XL. Measure each joint with a soft tape and check that the cm value falls inside the band below. If sizes split between pieces, size up for comfort.

Measure: wrap the tape around the top of the elbow, just above the joint. Keep the arm slightly bent and relaxed.

✋ Wrist Guard
Measure: wrap the tape around the centre of the wrist, just below the wrist bone. Open palm flat, tape snug but not tight.
✓ How it should feel
Each cap centred over the joint. Snug all-around with no pinching at the back of the joint. Stays in place when you bend, run or skate.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Slides down the limb when you walk. Cap shifts off-centre on impact. Pins-and-needles below the strap (too tight). Bunches at the back.
