📏Ennui Knee Size Chart
Ennui sizes knee guards on two circumferences: A = thigh, taken 4" (10 cm) above the centre of the kneecap, and B = calf, taken 4" below. Measure both with a soft tape and match to the chart above.
Where to measure
Stand relaxed, leg straight. Wrap a soft tape flat against skin 4" above and 4" below the kneecap. Don’t pull tight.
Match the size
Both A and B should fall inside the same row. If they split rows, pick the larger of the two.
Between sizes
Stretch fabric runs tight when new — if you’re right on the boundary, size up for daily skating comfort.
S/M & L/XL models
City, Park and Mery Munoz lines use combined sizes — S/M covers S+M ranges, L/XL covers L+XL. Use the same A/B numbers.
Stretch & break-in
The neoprene sleeve relaxes ~5–10% after a few sessions. A snug new fit is correct — loose new = loose later.
Wear over or under
Designed to be worn directly on skin for grip. Tights or thin leggings are fine; thick joggers will compress the foam.
✓ How it should feel
Cap centred over the kneecap. Snug all the way around with no pinching at the back of the knee. Stays in place when you bend, squat or skate.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Slides down the calf when you walk. Cap shifts off-centre on impact. Pins-and-needles in the lower leg (too tight). Bunches behind the knee.
