Chaya Chameleon High quad skates come in single EU sizes. Measure your foot length in cm (Mondo) and match it to the row below. The Plate column is the size of the skate’s plate. The US column shows Women’s / Men’s.
How to measure: Place a sheet of paper against a wall on a hard floor. Stand on it with your heel against the wall and mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure the distance in centimetres — that cm value is your size.

Insoles
A thinner insole adds about half a size of space — e.g. a 42 becomes a 42.5.
