UFR aggressive skates come in single EU sizes. Measure your foot length in cm and match it to the EU row below. The Shell & Soulplate column is the unified shell/soulplate size, shared across neighbouring EU sizes — useful for replacement souls and frame matching.
How to measure: Place a sheet of paper against a wall on a hard floor. Stand with your heel against the wall and mark the tip of your longest toe; measure the distance in cm — that value is the size to match.

Liner
Every size has its own liner; it breaks in and moulds to the foot.
Insoles
A thinner insole adds about half a size of space — e.g. a 42 becomes a 42.5.
✓ How it should feel
Wrapping with slight discomfort that softens and expands after 6–8 hours. Toes touching or reaching the end.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Toes curling up, the foot moving around freely, or the heel lifting after tightening.
