🩊 Knee Brace
Measure A: sit down with your calf naturally hanging at ~90° to the floor. From the centre of the kneecap, measure 14 cm up the thigh and wrap a soft tape around it — pull firmly.
Measure B: from the same kneecap centre, measure 12 cm down the calf and wrap the tape around — again, pull firmly.
✓ How it should feel
Padded cap centred over the kneecap. Brace snug all-around with no pinching at the back of the knee. Stays in place when you bend, squat or skate.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Slides down the calf when you walk. Cap shifts off-centre on impact. Pins-and-needles in the lower leg (too tight). Bunches behind the knee.
