📏FR Neo Size Chart
FR Neo skates come in single EU sizes. Measure your foot length in cm and match it to the EU row below. The Shell column is the shared shell size — useful for replacement shells and frames.
How to measure: Place a sheet of paper against a wall on a hard floor. Stand on it with your heel against the wall and mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure the distance in centimetres — that cm value is your size.

Shell
One shell is shared across neighbouring sizes (see the Shell column) — replacement shells and frames follow this grouping.
Liner
Every size has its own liner; it softens and moulds to your foot after a few hours.
Insoles
A thinner insole adds about half a size of space — e.g. a 42 becomes a 42.5.
✓ How it should feel
A wrapping fit with slight discomfort that softens and expands after 6–8 hours. Toes touching or reaching the end.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Toes curling up, toes able to move around freely, or the heel lifting after tightening.
