FR Igor, SL, SL7 and Daria skates come in single EU sizes. Measure your foot length in cm and match it to the row below — the MP (Mondopoint) column is the most precise. Watch the size-guide video below for a step-by-step fit.
How to measure: Place a sheet of paper against a wall on a hard floor. Stand on it with your heel against the wall and mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure the distance in centimetres — that cm value is your size.

Fitting for PERFORMANCE
Follow the Measured Foot (cm) column for a snug, precise fit.
Liner
FR liner breaks in and moulds to the foot — expect a snug fit when new.
Insoles
A thinner insole adds about half a size of space — e.g. a 42 becomes a 42.5.
✓ How it should feel
A snug fit with toes touching the end and feeling tight when new. As long as your toes are not curling up, the boot expands and widens over time.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Toes curling up, the foot sliding around, or the heel lifting once buckled.
