Before you arrive

- Use lift 5 or 6 to reach our unit on the 9th floor
- We're a warehouse, not a retail shop

- We use a Brannock device to accurately measure your left & right foot
- Once size determined, we move on to the next station

Identify Station

- Our product specialist uses a touch screen to find your perfect skate via quiz / filter
- You see size availability for the skates you've chosen

Size Station

- Use the test boots for the skate you chose
- Try a size up or down to ascertain the correct size

Gear Station

- Gear test units in different sizes to find the most suitable fit

- Measurement tape + helmet test units in different sizes for the right fit

- Pay for everything you picked out

- Appointment is mainly for confirmation of sizing
- We encourage you to use our size guide and buy online
- Please be on time for your appointment
- Please rebook if you are running late
About the shop
- No testing of brand-new merchandise out of the box. Use the dedicated test units at each station instead.
- No skating allowed in the warehouse. All skate test units have wheels & frames removed for safety.
- There is no walk-in shopping — appointments only
- We have actual product videos on a large screen for viewing
- We encourage online shopping for the easiest experience
- We keep prices low by adopting a self-service warehouse model
