To pass real savings to you, all orders ship without the brand’s original retail box. The product itself is fully protected — you just don’t pay extra for a box you’ll likely recycle anyway.
Original retail box is removed before shipping.
Skates, frames, wheels, accessories — all go out in compact, sturdy outer cartons sized to the contents. This cuts dimensional weight (the number couriers charge by), which is how we keep international shipping affordable.
Lower freight cost
FedEx and most couriers charge by volumetric weight, not just actual weight. A bulky retail box can double your shipping bill for the same product. Compact packing keeps the rate honest.
Fully protected in transit
Every item is wrapped in foam or bubble, stabilised, then packed into a snug shipping carton. We’ve shipped 100,000+ orders this way — the product arrives as new.
Less waste, fewer boxes
The retail box is mostly marketing material that ends up in your bin within minutes. Removing it means less cardboard in landfill and a smaller shipping footprint.
