📏Chaya Ice Size Chart
Chaya recreational ice skates (Snowfall / Merlot) come in single EU sizes. Measure your foot length in cm (Mondo) and match it to the row below — an ice boot should fit snug for control. The US column shows Women’s / Men’s.
How to measure: Place a sheet of paper against a wall on a hard floor. Stand on it with your heel against the wall and mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure the distance in centimetres — that cm value is the size to match against the chart.
| Foot (cm) | EU | US (W/M) | UK |
|---|---|---|---|
| 22.2 | 35 | 5 / 4 | 3 |
| 22.9 | 36 | 6 / 5 | 4 |
| 23.6 | 37 | 6.5 / 5.5 | 4.5 |
| 24.2 | 38 | 7 / 6 | 5 |
| 24.8 | 39 | 8 / 7 | 6 |
| 25.5 | 40 | 8.5 / 7.5 | 6.5 |
| 26.1 | 41 | 9 / 8 | 7 |
| 26.8 | 42 | 10 / 9 | 8 |
Model Cut
Normal — suitable for all feet. Match your foot length in cm to the EU row above. The US column shows Women’s / Men’s.
Fitting for COMFORT
Buy your true size. Wear thin skating socks; the boot should hug the foot with no heel lift.
Fitting for PERFORMANCE
For more control, fit snug — the padding packs out a little with use.
Boot
Padded recreational ice boot with ankle support and a warm lining.
Blade
Stainless-steel ice blade, factory-mounted — have it sharpened before first use.
Insoles
A thinner insole adds about half a size of space if the boot runs slightly tight.
✓ How it should feel
A snug, supportive hug around the foot and ankle with no heel lift once laced. Toes just short of the front.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Heel lifting when you flex, the foot sliding side to side, or toes jammed against the front.
