The SLIDE++ is the second generation of FR's freestyle slide wheel, and the change is in the urethane. A new 90A formulation gives a firmer feel that breaks traction more easily and more predictably, so a slide starts where you ask it to instead of grabbing halfway through.
The other half of the update is the finish. FR use less surface coating than on the original Slide, which cuts out most of the break-in period a slide wheel usually needs. These slide properly out of the pack rather than after a fortnight of scrubbing them in.
White urethane carries over from the original for its consistency; the red graphic is how you tell a SLIDE++ from the older blue Slide at a glance. Available in 72mm, 76mm and 80mm so you can match your freestyle setup. Bearings and spacers are not included.
