Shipping a pair back to Singapore and a new one out again is expensive, slow and wasteful. We'd much rather skip all that and put the saving straight into your discount — less freight, less hassle, and a lighter footprint. Everybody comes out ahead.

How it works

  1. Tell us the size issue Message us with your order number and the size you need.
  2. We confirm your replacement The same model in the size you need. If that size is sold out with no restock coming soon, we'll shortlist the closest alternatives for you to choose from — entirely your call.
  3. Keep your original pair No return, no return-shipping cost. Resell it locally to recoup most of what you paid.
  4. Get the right size at 25% off We send a secure checkout for the correct size and ship it straight out.

Honestly? We win when you skip the return too — so this isn't a catch, it's us sharing the savings. The less we both spend bouncing parcels across the planet, the more we can put back into your new pair.

  • Both pairs are final. Your original stays with you (no return or refund), and the discounted replacement is final too — no return or exchange on either.
