  • The Basics

    • Use lift 5 or 6 to reach our unit on the 9th floor
    • We are a warehouse, not a retail shop

  • #1 Measure Station (1 min)

    • We use a Brannock device to accurately measure your left & right foot
    • Once size determined, we move on to the next station

  • #2 Identify Station (7 min)

    • Our product specialist will use a touch screen to find your perfect skate using our powerful quiz or filter system
    • He/She will also see the size availability for the skates that you've chosen

  • #3 Size Station (7 min)

    • Use the test boots for the skate you chosen
    • Try a size up or down to ascertain the correct size

  • #4 Gear Station (5 min)

    • We have gear test units in different sizes for you to find the most suitable

  • #5 Helmet Station (7 min)

    • We have a measurement tape and helmet test units in different sizes for you to find the most suitable

  • #6 Checkout Station (3 min)

    • Pay for all the items that you picked out
    • Additional items like skate carriers, bum pads etc can be added to your cart at this station

  • Important Information

    • Please adhere to the flow of the stations to prevent overcrowding
    • We experience high traffic on weekends
    • Visit us on weekdays if you think you require more help
    • There is strictly no skating in our store
    • All our test boots do not have wheels
    • We have actual product video on a large screen for your viewing
    • There is no in-store shopping
    • We encourage you to do the shopping online
