📏PS Onesie Wrist Size Chart
The Powerslide Onesie wristguard is a universal S/XL fit — the stretch sleeve and wide hook-and-loop closure adapt to a broad range. Measure both your hand width (A) and wrist (B) with a soft tape and check that both fall inside the band on the chart above.
A — Hand width
Open your hand flat. Wrap the tape around the centre of the palm, just below the knuckles, with the thumb relaxed. Should fall 17.5–26 cm.
B — Wrist
Wrap the tape around the centre of the wrist, just below the wrist bone. Keep it snug but not tight. Should fall 14–24 cm.
Universal fit
One Onesie covers most adult hands. If you’re close to either end of the range, the dual hook-and-loop strap takes up the slack.
✓ How it should feel
Splint sits flat along the palm. Sleeve grips the forearm without numbness. Thumb loop centred. Stays put when you slap the ground in a fall.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Splint can rotate around the wrist. Closure flap doesn’t reach the strap. Pins-and-needles in the fingers (too tight). Hand slides out under load.
