The Ennui wrist guard is sized by two circumferences: A = hand width across the knuckles (open palm, excluding the thumb); B = wrist circumference. Pick the size where both numbers fall inside the same row. If they split, size up for comfort.

✋ Wrist Guard
Measure A: open your hand flat and wrap a soft tape around the base of your knuckles, excluding the thumb.
Measure B: wrap the tape around the centre of the wrist, just below the wrist bone. Tape snug but not tight.
✓ How it should feel
Splint sits flat along the palm with the strap fully engaged. Wrist stays neutral. No rotation when you brace for a fall.
✗ How it should NOT feel
Splint rotates around the wrist. Pins-and-needles below the strap (too tight). Hand slides out of the guard on impact.
